Refund Policy

1. One-Time Joining Fee

Guild charges a one-time joining fee of ₹299 for lifetime membership access. There is no subscription, no renewal charge, and no hidden cost. This fee covers your invite, training library, bounty board access, and the support required to get you started.

2. Instant Access = No Refund After Delivery

Because Guild delivers instant digital access — your login credentials are sent to your WhatsApp and Email right after payment — all sales are final once your account access has been delivered and you can log in to the Platform.

3. Refund If Access Is Not Delivered

If you paid the joining fee but did not receive your Guild credentials within 48 hours, you can request a full refund. We will verify your payment using your order ID and refund 100% of the amount to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Duplicate or Mistaken Payments

If you accidentally paid twice, or paid by mistake for another member, contact us with both order IDs and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect payment in full within 5–7 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at guild@ozontrix.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID, the phone number and email used at payment, and the reason for the request. Our support team will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

Fair & transparent

We never want your money without delivering value. If Guild fails to deliver your access, we will make it right — just reach out with your order ID.
